Alzheimer’s & Dementia
Alzheimer’s Foundation of America –
The AFA is one of the biggest resources available for those struggling with Alzheimer’s. If you’ve recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or have a loved one who has been, this is a good resource to start with.
