FAQ
What services do you provide?
We provide care for your loved one in the comfort of their home.
What types of things can you help my loved one with?
We can help with various things such as bathing and help with dressing. We also can make home cooked meals and run errands. We personalized your plan of care with what your loved one needs to feel safe and comfortable.
Do you take medical insurance?
In home care isn’t covered under most commercial insurance. We do accept long term care insurance and workman’s competition insurance. Additionally, under our resource page you will find several links that will help you with finding ways to help pay for in home care. We understand that it can be overwhelming trying to figure out how to find help with paying for care for your loved one. Feel free to call our office and we can be a resource for you as well.
What cities do you cover?
We cover a very broad area. We cover the County of Riverside. If you live outside the county feel free to give us a call and we can help recommend an agency that can help you.
Are you Licensed?
Yes, we are licensed. In 2016, all home care companies in the State of California are required to be licensed thru the Department of Social Services. All our employees are licensed under the registry, the Department of Social Services. We are the only home care agency in the County of Riverside that has an A+ rating from the home care standards bureau.
Are your employees background checked?
We take care of people of all ages. There is no age restriction on who we can help. For example, we have some parents that have children with special needs that need some support with respite care to give them a little break. We can help with the different modalities that the parents are using to help their child’s development. We also have elderly and disabled adults that we help with their daily activities which helps allow them to live safely in the comfort of their own home. We customized every client’s plan of care that suits their own specific needs.
Do you have any special programs that you offer to your clients?
We do have various specialty programs to help clients remain safe in their homes. Our care team is trained and certified. Fall prevention, Dementia and Alzheimer care, Veteran care, Respite care, and Children with special needs such as Autism are some of specialty programs we offer.
What is the next step if we want to use your services?
We would set up a time to meet with you and your loved one. We would do a complimentary in-home assessment. We will answer all your questions and come up with a personalized tailored plan that fits the needs of the client.
Do you require long term contracts?
We understand that some clients need us for a short period of time while others need us for the longer, therefore we don’t have long term contacts.
